Shipping policy

REVENTURY is the store brand operated under the trade name Very Easy Group, a sole proprietorship based in France.

Delivery destinations and rates

Available delivery destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. For eligible U.S. orders, standard shipping is $3.90 below an $80 merchandise subtotal and free on orders of $80 or more after discounts. Any destination-specific restriction or rate shown at checkout applies to that destination.

Order processing and transit

Processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Processing is usually 1–3 business days, but stock checks, holidays and peak demand can take longer. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Transit estimates depend on the product, shipping route and destination. Check any estimate displayed for your order before purchasing, and contact hello@reventurytravel.com if you need an item by a particular date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We do not offer a blanket express-delivery promise for all products.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders may be dispatched by our fulfillment partners from overseas. After dispatch, we provide tracking details when available; the first carrier scan can take time to appear. Items in the same order, including a bundle, may arrive in separate parcels with different tracking numbers and delivery dates. We do not guarantee that a multi-item order will ship in one package.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Check your address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. If a parcel appears lost, arrives damaged or is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution. A delivery scan alone does not remove your rights under applicable law.

Delays, cancellations and refunds

If we cannot dispatch within the time promised for your order, we will notify you with a revised estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law. If no dispatch time was stated, we follow the applicable legal default rather than leaving your order open indefinitely.

Taxes and import charges

Taxes and duties collected by REVENTURY are shown at checkout. If an order is shipped internationally and charges are not collected at checkout, local authorities may assess import taxes or clearance charges. We will provide any information available for your destination before you order; contact us if you need clarification.
