Buying from REVENTURY

These conditions apply to physical goods purchased at reventury.store and supplement our Terms of Service. Review the item, variant, quantity, included components, compatibility, final price and delivery information before placing your order.

Payment and order confirmation

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by the payment providers selected there. If an item is unavailable or your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for the canceled items. Order changes require your agreement.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Please read our Shipping Policy and 30-day Return and Refund Policy. Contact hello@reventurytravel.com promptly to request a cancellation before fulfillment begins. A purchase of a bundle does not guarantee one parcel or simultaneous delivery.

Product conformity and remedies

Products must match their description and the mandatory standards applicable to the sale. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us with the order number. We will arrange the appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement or refund where required. Voluntary return conditions do not replace statutory guarantees or other mandatory rights.

Keep your order confirmation and payment record. Contact hello@reventurytravel.com for order assistance. These conditions do not apply to a separate paid Travel Planner service unless its own terms expressly say so.
